Return and Refund Policy

Policies

1. Policies are subject to change without notice.

Sales

2. Shipping and Billing addresses must be the same for order processing.

3. Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through the use of any of the previously listed automated methods, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

Payments

4. Prices are listed in AUD.

5. Accepted payments are Paypal, VIsa & Mastercard.

6. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Duties & Taxes

7. All orders, international and Australian are subject to their own respective taxes and duties.

8. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and taxes on international and Australian orders upon delivery. 

9. iStartOut is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties, fees or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival. 

Order Editing or Cancellation

10. An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfilment, please contact us immediately. Please note we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.

Returns

11. All sales are final, iStartOut will not offer any returns unless the product is defected or an error has been made by iStartOut.

12. All items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in the same condition as it was received. If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied.

13. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return if the product received is defected or an error has been made by iStartOut.

14. A $20 AUD fee will be applied to all returns.

15. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed once the retuned merchandise has reached our headquarters and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method.

16. Shipping rates are non-refundable.

International

17. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Defective or Incorrect Items

18. If the item you recive is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order. Pictures must be provided.

Lost Packages

19. iStartOut is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages under any circumstance. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.

20. To protect our customers, iStartOut is unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

21. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

22. Please allow 10-14 days business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. 

23. Processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes, peak times and due to current Covid-19 challenges.

Delivery

24. If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

25. For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package pay have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

26. If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us.

Terms and Policy

27. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern all use of the site and of the Site's offered series. Access to and use of our Site and its services implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Customers therefore confirm that they have red and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use before accessing the Site and/or using the services, and they undertake to comply with them. 

28. iStartOut reserves the right to refuse Service and/or prohibit or terminate access to services in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

29. iStartOut may occasionally suspend its online services temporarily for technical reasons. You may still access the Contact Us section at all times.

30. iStartOut reserves the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
